EMMA CQ is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company focused on the broad European B2C sector with a particular focus on CSEE. The Company was founded by Emma Capital, one of the most experienced and respected investment platforms in CSEE.

EMMA CQ’s primary focus is on high-growth companies with proven business models, committed and capable management teams, established market presence that could be accelerated with a listing, access to capital, as well as companies that are profitable or have a clear path to profitability. In addition, these companies would uniquely benefit from EMMA CQ Team’s capabilities to tangibly improve its operations and market position.
